Neglect

I have been neglectful to my blog- I apologize.  I have a bunch of reviews to catch up on and am looking forward to new releases coming soon.  I have found myself over the past couple of weeks listening to some "fill-in" books.  These are books that weren't really on my reading list but I could download for free from my library.  I spend a fair amount of time driving and like to always have a book on my mp3 player to keep me occupied.  I have been pretty happy with the books I've found and listened to.  I've also explored other books from authors who I have previously enjoyed reading.  I was also the lucky recipient of 3 ARC's from Heather Graham's new series The Krewe of Hunters.  I really enjoyed those and can't wait for the next one.  I recently discovered a minor downfall of my Kindle- it is an electronic device that is limited on aircraft.  I couldn't use it during taxiing, take-off, or landing.  When I fly I usually find my seat, pull out my book, read while flying, and put my book away when the plane door opens.  Next time I will have to carry a paper book with me, too.  I also didn't get as much reading in as I had hoped during my recent travels... but not complaining there as the reason why I wasn't reading was because I was swimming and sunbathing in the hot Miami sun!
