Cast

I adore the cast of characters in This Side of the Grave.  The relationships between all the characters are priceless.

This Side of the Grave- Chapters 9-14
   Summary:
Tim is surprised to see Cat, but says he never believed she was dead.  Cat confirms Tim's suspicions about non-humans.  He asks for her help finding a missing friend of his.  Tim questions what happened to Cat when she disappeared and was supposedly dead 7 years ago; she fills him in some.  Cat questions Bones about what happened to the only other known half-breed vampire; she is upset by the story and to learn that Apollyon was involved.  Bones asks for Tim's help.  Cat and Bones go to see Mencheres to let him know they are on their way to see Marie Laveau.  They ask Mencheres if he is having any visions of Apollyon; he feels bad he is not.  Bones reluctantly agrees to allow Vlad to help.  Cat and Bones check into their hotel in New Orleans and then Bones takes Cat for flying lessons.  When they return to the hotel there are ghouls waiting for them.  With Vlad's help they find out how the ghouls found them and why they were waiting for them.  The ghouls insist Marie knows nothing of their actions.
