THE PRINCE is a passionate, heartbreaking and thrilling tale about the power of the past to change everything and everyone in the present.
I can't possibly say enough about how much I enjoy this book and this series. I did not start as a fan, but as soon as I gave Nora a chance, she found her twisted way into my heart. Nora and Soren have this amazingly complex relationship that was difficult for me to understand, so I just decided to accept it. Once I did that, I couldn't get enough about the characters and their stories.
In THE PRINCE, there are three stories occurring simultaneously- Nora and Wesley, Soren and Kingsley's past, and Soren and Kingsley's present. Of the three, I couldn't possibly choose a favorite. Seeing Nora and Wes reunited was a dream. Wesley cares so much for Nora, despite how much it has hurt him and has the potential to hurt him in the future. He finally decides he will be happy to take what he can get from her, while still working his charms to the max to try to convince her to stay with him.
Seeing the story of how Soren and King met and became important to one another was fantastic. I am thrilled that Ms. Reisz gave us this treasure. I loved watching the two of them in the present day and witnessing King's heartbreak over and devotion to the love of his life. And I appreciated Soren's struggle with his feelings toward King.
At the end the three stories culminated into one jaw-dropping, cliffhanger that has the potential to change everyone's lives and had me screaming bad words at my Kindle! I can't wait for the next book.
