I'm about halfway done with Dead Reckoning and there have been three major, life-threatening events at Merlotte's. Add to that the new bar in town that is stealing business and people's bad reaction to Sam being a shifter, and Merlotte's is in trouble. Sookie made a discovery after cleaning out her attic with Claude and Dermot. Pam and Eric are fighting and Sookie doesn't know why. Victor is still trying to find ways to totally disrupt Eric's life, through his business, Sookie and Pam. Sookie is helping Remy with Hunter. Sandra Pelt is still crazy and still wants Sookie dead. Bill is still next-door and still in love with Sookie. Amelia and Bob have come to town to help Sookie. Eric and Sookie are getting some relationship questions answered.
