So, if all goes according to plan, tomorrow will start the slowdown of my craziness; and Thursday will be catchup day; and Friday is a long car ride to begin a weekend away. A weekend away with lots of downtime!
This Side of the Grave- Chapters 22-26
Summary:
Bones and Denise work in Ohio while Cat and Mencheres head to Memphis. Cat and Mencheres hash out some of their ongoing issues. Dave, Ed, Scratch, and Vlad are also in Memphis looking for Apollyon. Dave connects with a group of ghouls he thinks may be connected to Apollyon. Ed and Scratch call Cat with a tip; she, Vlad, and Mencheres go to investigate. They discover a group of ghouls planning vampire attacks. They question the ghouls and discover some information about Apollyon's plans. Bones shows up in Memphis when he becomes worried about Cat. Cat and Bones have an emotional conversation and Cat tells Bones there is something she really wants to do once they deal with Apollyon; Bones agrees. Dave reports on a ghoul rally he attended. Fabian tells everyone ghosts are a lot stronger and harder than people think; Cat realizes they can be a strong ally. Mencheres goes to investigate the location where the rally was held.
